At CM, We’re In It For The Long Haul

Seven years ago, I started a marketing firm, focused heavily on youth-based clients. Our firm designed, built, and developed websites, campaigns, brochures, and more. Though the work helped many, I was uncomfortable.
The relationship with our clients was not fair. When our firm completed a job, I felt as if we were standing on a dock, watching a ship sail into the unknown. As if the boat, well supplied, had no crew. How is that a beneficial client relationship?
Ultimately, we, the agency, were the experts. We had the people, skills, experience, and tools to enhance any brand’s presence. However, branding isn’t a three- or four-week process; it’s ongoing and based on a strategic foundation that must be carefully designed and executed on a daily basis.
And so, our marketing firm was determined to provide a solution that would allow us to steer those clients’ ships to paradise: Consistent Growth and Success. (If you’ve never been, I highly recommend it.)
Craze Management (CM) was the solution. We are fortunate to work with incredible clients who entrust us to manage their day-to-day marketing responsibilities. This includes the creation of strategy-to-design, development, social media deployment, campaign imagineering and all other marketing needs that arise. And yes, that includes not only the ones for which we have planned but also those we have not.
For small businesses, we created something that may not have been possible before: full access to a marketing team that is invested in the long-term success of clients. We even attend board meetings and take conference calls to consistently build opportunity while allowing our clients to focus on what they do best: product and relationship building with their customers.
Nearly ten months into this new venture, I, CEO of Craze Management, am comfortable with the new relationships our firm has developed with our clients, as well as how our clients feel about our team.
